My name is Wayne Coulthard and I'm currently employed full time in the IT industry as a second line technical support engineer and an internal systems administrator. My skill sets include Linux/Unix, Windows, DNS, Domains, Email, ADSL, ADSL2+, Ethernet connects and much more including advanced technical support.

I founded Computerfaults because I wanted to offer a local service to the local community offering IT support at a low price at inconvenient hours.

I also provide broadband, hosting and telephone line packages through a local provider (details on request). You will be billed directly from them so prices are kept low with no "middle man" adding a cost.

If your problem is urgent I can possibly make arrangements for an immediate visit or offer remote support, an upfront payment for remote support would however be required.
